Welcome!

The Town of Lincoln's Energy and Water Conservation Committee has taken on the short name of EAGL (Energy Advisory Group of Lincoln). This blog will be used to distribute ideas on how to save energy and water here in the heart of the White Mountains.

It is the mission of the Lincoln Woodstock Energy and Water Conservation Committee:
To determine local actions the towns can take to save energy, water and natural resources and reduce emissions.
to establish guidelines to decrease our energy, water and natural resources use and to supply our energy needs using sustainable resources;
to educate the communities on energy, water and natural resources use and using sustainable resources;
to implement best practices in municipal government, and
to promote these practices with residents, community organizations, and businesses
